God continually draws all persons to Himself, and we respond to this call through public worship and personal prayer.  In the life of the Church, prayer expresses our adoration, thanksgiving, petition and contrition before God and unites us to Him in a bond of love, a vital and personal relationship with the Holy Trinity.
